Resilience and Stress Management
Help employees to build psychological skills to enhance resilience to stress. These workshops teach preventative mental health skills in how to cope with feeling bad (stress, anxiety, anger etc) and still do what’s required in the course of a day. Topics include understanding stress and resilience, skills to manage negative thinking, tolerating distress and improving overall wellbeing. Skills for leaders on managing mental health at work including managing psychological hazards, understanding mental illness and mental health, how to talk to a worker about mental illness, facilitating employee wellbeing, managing concurrent performance and mental health issues, self care for managers.
