Course Overview
This two-day course teaches participants how to support someone with an emerging mental illness, a worsening mental illness or mental health crisis. All courses are delivered by an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
This course is recommended for organisations who would like to increase the mental health literacy of workers and managers. Participants will increase their knowledge of mental illnesses, their treatments and appropriate first aid strategies, and grow in their confidence to provide first aid to individuals with mental illness.
Mindset Psychology can assist with selection of Mental Health First Aid Officers and provide ongoing supervision and coaching.
